About Louisiana DAV Auxiliary
Making a Difference
For over a century, the Louisiana Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary has honored veterans' sacrifices through dedicated service and advocacy. Our members—family of disabled veterans, those who served without injury, active military personnel, and DAV members—share one mission: improving the lives of those who served our nation.
Through our programs in Americanism, community service, junior activities, legislative advocacy, and VA Voluntary Services, we ensure no disabled veteran faces life's challenges alone. We advocate for their rightful benefits and create a supportive community where service to those who served becomes our highest calling.
Join us in our mission. In Louisiana, their sacrifice is our inspiration.

Making a difference in the lives of disabled veterans and their families.
The DAV Auxiliary is committed to supporting the principles of the Disabled American Veterans and fulfilling the purpose and goals to which our organization is devoted. As advocates for the well-being of disabled veterans and their families, we are dedicated to the pursuance of veterans’ legislative initiatives, instilling patriotism in our fellow Americans, promoting youth involvement in all programs, and encouraging voluntary service.
